Someone messaged me saying they could hack my myspace without a friend request. How do I stop this PLEASE HELP

It's a lie, you can just get a virus on your computer if you sign up for, just change your password. You do not have to change 3 times though. This exact same thing happened to me because i signed up for one and my friends got kind of mad because they got comments from the people hacking my myspace.
