Someone keeps hacking onto my MySpace, and I know they are. When I log in everything is different. How can I stop this...? Can I make my myspace extra secure...?

Change your password every day and see if that solves the problem. If not, then email myspace - there's links on there to do this somewhere, just have a look for them.
