my friend says that she will hack into my myspace if i don't accept her as a friend....can i report her 4 that?

You could, but I'd be surprised if much happened as a result.

Typically investigators are understaffed and really busy. Most investigations happen after the hacking incident.

FWIW, the threat of hacking your myspace page is probably an empty threat. There's a lot of posers out there. Those that really could do the hack would simply do it instead of just threatening you.
