omg i HATE that! i went through this whole procedure of making a new myspace, changing my e-mail, yadda yad. but what u can really do is change the password, make it something odd like flukemonkey26 or something, at least something u can remember, and with #s, they demand #s.

Change the password to your myspace, change the password to log onto your email for login. Then make sure they didn't put any code into any of your profile information, like my interests, my heroes, etc.

Then if you log onto myspace manually (I use the myspace Firefox plugin), always check the url at the top, to make sure it is either www.myspace.com or something.myspace.com, (ie home.myspace.com).
